The UKPA Nationals' Evening Meal in the Marquee

 

Below is the menu for the evening meal at the Nationals, it does look delicious so I advise you all to book quickly! Personally I may have the 'Heaton Mess' because I'm very intrigued to find out how good any dish named after me can be!

 

The cost of this meal will be £5 for players, and £10 for non players.

You will have a choice of any/all of the following:
Roast Beef - with horseradish cream sauce
Honey and Mustard glazed Ham – with pineapple and cherries
Roast Chicken – with chipolatas, bacon and orange
Poached Salmon – with cucumber and lemon
A selection of homemade vegetarian quiches.

Which will be served with:
Minted baby new potatoes
French bread
Waldorf salad
Couscous with Feta and roasted vegetables
Tomatoes, red onion and chives
Coleslaw
Mixed salad.

Deserts
Choose from a selection of home made deserts:
Cheesecakes
Sherry Trifle
Heaton Mess
Tiramisu

Finish off your meal with a fine selection of cheese and biscuits.
